Phix Sleep
So as promised, I have my review of Phix Sleep. And just like its energy brand, Phix Sleep is perfect for vegans and those with gluten allergies. Phix Sleep comes in Lemon Chamomile, which is perfect for getting a good night’s rest.
So onto the review itself: The instructions state to mix one pouch with 6-8 ounces of water. I figured let’s try the same thing as we did for the energy blend, but actually put in 8 ounces (237 mL). So I mixed the pouch and water together and let it sit in the fridge until I was one hour away from heading to bed. And just like its energy blend, a very pleasing flavor and smooth texture. This is probably how the Citron flavor was meant to taste, at least to me, but with less water.
So as I emphasized before: It all depends on your tastebuds. You may like plenty of flavor, but your less might be more as well. Please check out the Phix website!
